Why This Website Exists

The team behind 8thchakracode.org writes about meditation, sound practice and the wider chakra tradition. We are readers first. Between us we have kept morning practices, abandoned morning practices, sat through sound baths that changed the week and paid for courses that did nothing at all.

That mixed record is the useful part. It means when we look at a spiritual programme we ask boring, practical questions: how long does a session take, can a beginner follow it without a teacher, what happens on the day you have twelve minutes instead of twenty, and what exactly do you own once the payment clears.

Nobody was answering those questions in one place, so we did. Over time the page count grew into the site you are reading now.

How We Research a Program

Our process is unglamorous, and deliberately so.

• Read every official claim. We document what the vendor actually promises, in their words, before forming a view.
• Use it as a real routine. A single listen tells you about production quality, not about practice. Thirty days tells you something.
• Check the tradition. The Soul Star Chakra is not invented marketing; it appears across extended chakra systems. We separate that lineage from the product built on it.
• Collect reader mail. Patterns across dozens of notes are more informative than any single glowing review.
• Keep the reservations in. If several readers want shorter sessions, that goes on the page.
