What People Say After 30 Days

These are notes readers sent us after living with the 8th Chakra Code for at least a month. We have kept the reservations in, because a page of nothing but praise tells you very little.

Written reviews

  • The 20 minutes I protect every morning

I have started and abandoned more meditation apps than I can count. What kept me here was the structure: press play, follow the voice, done. Three weeks in, the ten minutes I used to spend scrolling in bed turned into the calmest part of my day, and my studio work has felt looser since.

  • Sceptical going in, still using it

I came for the sound frequencies and stayed for the visualizations. I would not call myself spiritual, but the routine gave my evenings a full stop, and I fall asleep faster than I did before. The bonus Healing Frequency is the one I reach for most.

  • Something to hand my own nervous system

After twelve-hour shifts I needed a way to put the day down. The guided meditation gives me somewhere to point my attention that is not a screen. My colleagues have noticed I come back on Monday less frayed.

  • Simple, and that is the point

The tracks are well produced and the instructions never wander. I would have liked a couple of shorter five-minute versions for busy days, but that is my only note. The Agape Frequency became my Sunday reset.

  • A missing rung on the ladder

I have taught the seven-chakra system for nine years and never had clean language for what sits above the crown. This gave me a practice, not a theory, and two of my students have taken it up after asking what I had changed.

  • Better focus on long edit days

I use one session before a long culling session. The difference is not mystical to me, it is attention: I stop rushing. Being able to keep the audio on my phone means it travels with me on shoots.

Patterns We Noticed

  • Week two is the turning point. Almost nobody reports much after two sessions. Most describe a shift once the habit stops requiring willpower.
  • Sleep gets mentioned constantly. Even readers who came for spiritual reasons tend to bring up falling asleep faster first.
  • The bonuses get real use. The Healing Frequency is the most quoted track on this page, which surprised us.
  • The common complaint is length. Several readers wanted an official five-minute version for rushed days.
