Who we are
8thchakracode.org is an independent affiliate website. We publish reviews, guides and reference material about the product. We are not the creator, publisher, seller or payment processor of the programme, and we do not host any customer accounts.
What we collect
- Contact form details. The name, email address, subject and message you choose to send us.
- Basic usage data. Pages viewed, approximate region, browser and device type, and the referring page. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
- Affiliate click data. When you click an order button, the vendor's affiliate system records that the visit came from us so any commission is attributed correctly.
We do not collect payment card details, bank information, government identifiers or health information. There is no checkout on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to messages you send us.
- To understand which articles readers find useful, and improve them.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose technical faults.
- To receive credit for referrals through the vendor's affiliate programme.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies help us count visits in aggregate. Affiliate cookies, set by the vendor's tracking system when you click through, record the referral for a limited period. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, and the site will still function.
Third parties
Clicking an order button takes you to a website we do not control. From that point the official vendor's own privacy policy and terms apply to your data, including anything you enter at checkout. We never see that information. Our hosting provider and analytics provider process technical data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep information
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on ongoing conversations, then deleted. Aggregated analytics data is retained in non-identifying form.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of any message you sent us.
- Ask us to correct or delete your contact details.
- Opt out of analytics using your browser's tracking controls.
- Unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.
Requests about an order, a refund, or data held by the vendor must go to the official support desk at sscaff@cosmicmedia.io, because only they hold those records.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us details, contact us and we will remove them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to contact submissions is limited to the people who answer them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive personal or financial information.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
