1. About these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of 8thchakracode.org ("we", "us", "this website"). If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Our role: independent affiliate

This website is an affiliate of the official 8th Chakra Code website. We publish information, reviews and guides. We do not create, own, licence, host, sell, deliver or support the product itself.

  • We do not take payments and never see your card details.
  • We do not deliver files, licences or account access.
  • We cannot issue, approve or process refunds.
  • We cannot look up, amend or cancel an order.

All purchases are made on the official vendor's website under the vendor's own terms, privacy policy and refund policy. For anything relating to an order, download, payment or refund, please contact official support directly at sscaff@cosmicmedia.io.

3. Affiliate compensation

When you click a link or order button on this website and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission from the vendor. This never increases the price you pay. Commission does not change our editorial process, and we disclose the relationship on every page.

4. Information, not advice

Content here is for general information and education about meditation, sound practice and spiritual wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Please read our disclaimer as part of these terms.

5. No guarantee of results

Spiritual and wellness practices are personal. Testimonials on this website describe individual experiences and are not promises of any specific outcome for you. Any pricing, bonus or guarantee detail we mention reflects the official offer at the time of writing and can change without notice on the vendor's side.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or breach it.
  • Do not scrape, republish or resell our content without written permission.
  • Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material through our forms.
  • Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Intellectual property

Text, layout, graphics and original imagery on this website belong to us or our licensors. Product names, covers and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. Nothing here grants you a licence to the product itself.

8. External links

We link to third-party websites, including the official product page and research sources, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any loss arising from your reliance on site content or from your dealings with the vendor. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to INR 1,000 or the amount you paid us directly, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the website.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the website, or its content are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 as applicable.

The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India. Where a dispute is referred to arbitration, it shall be settled under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator, seated in New Delhi, India, with proceedings conducted in English.

12. Grievance contact

Complaints about content on this website may be raised through our contact page and will be acknowledged within a reasonable period. Complaints about a purchase, product or refund must be raised with the official vendor at sscaff@cosmicmedia.io.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version applies from the date shown above, and continued use of the site indicates acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
