8th Chakra Code

What's inside

Every Piece of the Program, Explained

The 8th Chakra Code is not a single audio file with a mystical name attached. It is four practices arranged in an order that makes them easier to keep. Here is exactly what you get and why each part is there.

The Six Core Components

Each element earns its place. Remove one and the session gets harder to stay inside of.

  • Frequency-led audio sessions

Studio-produced tracks that carry the session. They are mixed to sit low and wide so you can listen at a comfortable volume for twenty minutes without fatigue.

  • Narrated guided meditations

A calm voice walks your attention from the body up to the Soul Star point. Nothing to memorise, no gaps where you are left guessing whether to breathe or count.

  • Visualization scripts

Short, specific imagery for opening and steadying the eighth centre. Specific beats poetic here, because a clear picture is something you can return to tomorrow.

  • Whole-system alignment

Practices for the traditional seven centres so the eighth has a stable ladder beneath it, rather than floating on its own.

  • Supporting written material

Plain-language explanation of the Soul Star Chakra, what each session is doing, and how to adapt the routine when life gets in the way.

  • Two bonus frequencies

The Healing Frequency, framed as a traditional family healing practice, and The Agape Frequency, built around love, harmony and emotional connection.

How the Sound Design Actually Works

Sound is the entry point because it asks nothing of you. A steady tone does not require belief, discipline or a background in meditation, and it gives a restless mind something to hold while the rest of the session gets going.

The tracks are layered rather than flat. A low sustained bed keeps the room calm, a mid layer carries the chakra-focused tone, and light textures move across the stereo field so your attention has somewhere gentle to drift instead of drifting to your inbox. That is why headphones are recommended: the movement between ears is what keeps the twenty minutes from feeling long.

The session arc

  • Minutes 0–3: settling. Breath slows, the tone establishes itself, nothing is asked of you.
  • Minutes 3–10: clearing. Guided attention moves up through the body, releasing what you arrived carrying.
  • Minutes 10–16: the Soul Star point. Visualization opens and steadies the light above the crown.
  • Minutes 16–20: integration. You come back down slowly instead of being dropped back into the room.

Practical Details

  • 20-minute sessions

Short enough to keep, long enough to settle.

  • Any device

Phone, laptop, tablet. Download and take it with you.

  • Lifetime access

No class times, no subscription treadmill.

  • Self-paced order

Follow the sequence or repeat the track you need.

  • Beginner to advanced

Guided for newcomers, layered enough for veterans.

  • Headphone optimised

Best with headphones, still works in a quiet room.

The Two Bonus Frequencies

The Healing Frequency

Presented as a traditional family healing practice, this track is the one most people reach for at the end of a hard day. It is shorter and softer than the core sessions, and it works well as a wind-down when you do not have a full twenty minutes in you.

The Agape Frequency

Built around love, harmony and emotional connection. Practitioners tend to use it before difficult conversations, on Sunday mornings, or as a standalone practice when the goal is warmth rather than focus.

What it is not

Worth saying plainly: this is a spiritual and wellness practice, not medical treatment, and it does not replace professional care. It is a structured routine for people who want to explore higher awareness with a guide rather than guesswork.
